Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a wisdom teaching that is very specifically designed to take you through layers of your being to connect to your highest self. It allows your body to experience deep rest, which allows for healing on all levels. Yoga Nidra is a much needed medicine in our current world state, and a refuge from the business around us.
