Yin & Tonic (Yin & Massage)

A 2hr non-heated Yin & Tonic class, led by Alana Pierce and registered massage therapists Lisa Phung, Lana Banks & special guest, Osteopathy student and yoga teacher Sarah Senopati. You will hold relaxing and accessible yin yoga poses for time while receiving relaxation massage throughout the class.

Yin Yoga is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. Poses are held for time, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. Tonic is an invigorating, refreshing, or restorative agent to help restore or improve your health and well-being. Suitable for all levels.
