Mom & Baby Yoga

Let’s face it, having a baby is hard on your body and most often we are left with little to no guidance on where to start on the journey back to feeling normal.

In this 7 week session you will learn simple exercises to start rebuilding the pelvic floor. We will also cover common post-partum concerns like poor posture due to holding/nursing baby, back and pelvic pain, and reduced stability through the joints.  Build strength in your body within a community of other moms to support you, as well as take time to connect with your baby.
