Flow and Roll

Give your body the chance to repair and release with this 75 min Flow & Roll class.

Myofascial release is a form of self massage targeted towards certain trigger points in the body where injuries, trauma or even over stretching can leave you feeling ‘knotted up’ and limit your range of motion.

This class gives you the best of both worlds to flow and roll. Get in some roll time with yoga therapy balls targeting common trigger points along with accessible flow and movement that will provide an extra release of tension in your body.
