Jenny Ong

I started practicing Yoga almost four years ago and loved it from my very first class.  Yoga has been so instrumental in life both off and on the mat.  It has taught me the importance of breathing through challenge, whether it’s in a pose or a challenge in life.   I’m hooked!  I had considered doing my training for a while and finally took the step and did my Level 1 training this past July!  It was such a great experience, it changed my life  and I learned so much more while deepening my practice. The most impactful thing in my training was learning how to practice Yoga in a way that is accessible to all and to feel in my own body the different pose variations.  Only then am I able to offer that to others as everyone can benefit from the practice.  It truly is about how a pose feels rather than how it looks. I look forward to meeting you both in and out of the hot room!
