  • Moksha

    A challenging, healthy all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath).

  • Vinyasa

    An innovative and strong vinyasa flow class with reduced heat. Emphasis on linking breath & movement, we explore layering sequences where each class is unique based on who is teaching this class.

  • Yang/Yin

    Yang/Yin is a well balanced class, we start the first half of the class with movement, a little bit of flow, standing postures and some strength focused yoga. The last half of the class is Yin Yoga, where the postures are held longer for deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Kids Yoga

    Kids Yoga introduces yoga to youth as a way to discover their true selves and feel confident in who they are. This class will be practiced in a non-heated room.

  • Pre-natal yoga (pre-registered)

    Stretch and strengthen your body, explore postures to ease the common discomforts of pregnancy, and nurture your connection with your baby and your changing body. Classes are perfect for all stages of pregnancy.

  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Community Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training. Drop in for this class is $7, or free if you have an unlimited monthly membership. Class passes also apply.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha Yoga class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations. Suggested minimum donation of $5-$10, all those funds go to our charity of the month!
