30 days of consecutive yoga? Yes! Sign up today in studio or online to reserve your spot in the challenge.

There are lots of benefits to completing a 30 day yoga challenge, physical, emotional and mental!  Lots of fun and bonuses throughout your month of moksha yoga.  You will receive a goodie bag at the start of your challenge, amazing prizes at the end, and challengers also enjoy any workshops and special classes that we hold (in October) for free!!

30 yoga practices in 30 days is the goal.  You may double up on classes if you have to, we recommend making those Yin days when you have to take 2 classes to catch up!  If you are out of town a few days, simply practice at home, hotel, or different studio to keep your consistent practice going.

The 30 day Challenge is $160 (pay upon registration).  If you are already a Monthly Auto Renew member, you pay the difference of $55 (must pay in studio if you are on auto renew).

Karma Charity of the Month
Friday 8pm Karma Classes
Suggested min $5 donation (no class passes accepted)

For the month of September all funds raised during Karma Classes will be going to Branch Out Foundation!

We’re a charity taking the path less travelled to solve a great mystery: the brain. Branch Out Neurological Foundation exists to cure the 600+ diseases of the nervous system that affect nearly 20% of the world's population! And we’re doing it with an open mind by "branching out" to fund neuroCAM (neuroscience and complementary and alternative medicine) research.

Purpose

Prevent sickness and disability by funding qualified researchers to find ways to prevent, treat and cure neurological disorders through the use of complementary and alternative therapies and treatments.

Vision

The Branch Out Neurological Foundation envisions a world free from neurological disorders with a better understanding of how to naturally support and naturally heal this body system.

Goals

Fund neuroCAM (neuroscience and complementary and alternative medicine) research projects at all academic levels

Establish a world renown neuroCAM research center

Host annual neuroCAM research summits

Organize fund development initiatives to support neuroCAM research and increase awareness of both neurological disorders and natural therapies for those disorders.

Moksha/Modo Yoga Pillar #2 - Be Accessible
Since 2004, the Moksha and Modo Yoga community has thrived on 7 philosophical pillars, each one rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga to ensure that everything we do as a community comes from an ethically awesome, yoga foundation. Our second pillar is Be Accessible. In a nutshell, all studios welcome all body types, body sizes, ages, backgrounds, budgets, beliefs, individual expressions of being, and of course... hair styles :) #BeAccessible #MokshaYoga #ModoYoga
