Ghost River Rediscovery Outdoor Multi-day Youth Camps- (RE)Discover – a connection to nature / a sense of community / a sense of self.

Our Mission: Educating, inspiring and empowering young people through Indigenous ways of knowing, with respect and honour for the natural world, for themselves and for all people.
Through participating in GRR camps, youth have a greater sense of personal and cultural identity, a sense of place and of personal value; values which translate directly into the desire and ability to positively participate in their families, community and economy.

Pre-natal Yoga Classes
September 8th - November 3rd 2014
What: 8 week pre-natal session (non-heated)
Class times: Monday Evenings @ 6:30pm - 7:45pm
Cost: $155 - must pay upon registration (register online, under Workshops)

Please Note: bring your mat, two pillows & a journal

MYCN is excited to offer prenatal yoga! During this 8 week pre-registered session you will stretch and strengthen your body, explore postures to ease the common discomforts of pregnancy, and nurture your connection with your baby and your changing body. Pre-natal yoga reduces stress, calms the nervous system, and assists in preparing the body and mind for labour and delivery. Classes are led by an experienced yoga teacher (and mother), and are perfect for all stages of pregnancy.

No previous yoga experience is needed! All are welcome.
