At Moksha Yoga Calgary North our community (that’s you!) is the heart of our yoga studio. Our yoga classes are perfectly suited for both beginners and experienced yogis alike. Classes are designed for all levels, even those with limited flexibility. Moksha yoga is a form of hot yoga designed to stretch, strengthen and tone the body. The postures in the series will not only help to make you stronger but also help to reduce stress and quiet the busy mind. Be prepared to leave a hot yoga class at Moksha Yoga Calgary North feeling better (and definitely slightly sweatier) than when you first walked in.
